Senior Secured Indenture

Senior Secured Indenture. Shall mean that Indenture dated as of September 29, 1997 pursuant to which the Senior Secured Notes have been issued.

Senior Secured Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated on or about December 1, 2004, between Borrower and Senior Secured Note Trustee with respect to the 2 Senior Secured Notes, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, reviewed, restated or replaced.
