Example Definitions of "Senior Securities"
Senior Securities. (i) any debt issued or assumed by the Company and (ii) any securities of the Company which, in either such case, by their terms have a preference over the Series D Preferred Stock in respect of redemption or distribution upon liquidation.
Senior Securities. Means the Company's Series A Convertible Preferred Stock and Series C Convertible Preferred Stock and any other securities which are explicitly senior or pari passu to the Series D Preferred Stock in dividend rights or liquidation preference.
