Senior Security Documents

Senior Security Documents. The collective reference to all documents and instruments, now existing or hereafter arising, which create or purport to create a security interest in property to secure payment or performance of the Senior Obligations.

Senior Security Documents. Shall mean all security documents securing the Senior Debt and all security documents securing any Permitted Refinancing, as the same may be amended, modified, restated and supplemented from time to time.

Senior Security Documents. Senior Security Documents. Senior Security Documents. Means those certain security agreements, pledge agreements, deeds of trust, mortgages, and other agreements or documents executed and delivered by the Borrower in connection with the Senior Notes Indenture in order to provide Liens in and to all or any portion of its assets or properties.

Senior Security Documents. Means, collectively, the Security Agreements dated as of the date hereof by the Client and the Guarantor, respectively, in each case in favor of the Senior Creditor (as each may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time), all financing statements relating thereto, and all other agreements, instruments or documents which create, grant, evidence or serve to perfect, protect or provide notice of the Senior Creditor's security interests in the assets of the Debtors.

Senior Security Documents. The "Security Documents" as defined in the Senior Loan Agreement, the Cash Collateral Agreement and each other Senior Loan Document securing any or all of the Senior Loan, together with any and all acknowledgments, powers, certificates, UCC financing statements or other documents or instruments executed and delivered in connection therewith.
