Senior Stock

Senior Stock. Shall mean each class of capital stock or series of preferred stock established by the Board of Directors after the Issue Date, the terms of which expressly provide that such class or series will rank senior to the Series F Preferred Stock as to dividend rights or rights upon the liquidation, winding-up or dissolution of the Company.

Senior Stock. Shall mean any class or series of the Corporation's Capital Stock established after the Initial Issue Date, the terms of which expressly provide that such class or series will rank senior to the Preferred Stock as to dividend rights or distribution rights upon the liquidation, winding up or dissolution of the Corporation

Senior Stock. Shall mean any class or series of Capital Stock that ranks senior to the Series A Preferred Stock or has preference or priority over the Series A Preferred Stock as to dividend rights, rights of redemption or rights on the distribution of assets on any Liquidation Event.

Senior Stock. The term "Senior Stock" shall mean any shares of any class or any series of capital stock of the Corporation ranking prior to the Preferred Stock in respect of the right to receive dividends and/or to participate in any distribution of assets other than by way of dividends.

Senior Stock. Shall mean, with respect to shares of Voting Preferred Stock, any capital stock of the Corporation ranking senior to the Voting Preferred Stock with respect to dividends, distribution in liquidation or any other preference, right or power.
