Example Definitions of "Senior Stock"
Senior Stock. Shall mean each class of capital stock or series of preferred stock established after the Original Issue Date by the Board of Directors, the terms of which expressly provide that such class or series will rank senior to the Preferred Stock as to dividend rights or rights upon the liquidation, winding-up or dissolution of the Company.
Senior Stock. Senior Stock. Senior Stock. Senior Stock includes warrants, rights, calls or options exercisable for or convertible into Senior Stock.
