Separate State Tax

Separate State Tax. Shall mean, with respect to each state or local taxing jurisdiction, any income, franchise or similar tax (together with any related interest or penalty) payable to such state or local taxing jurisdiction in which a member of the Nuvera Group files a separate state or local tax return.
