Separation Agreement and Release

Separation Agreement and Release. Means a separation agreement in a form and manner satisfactory to the Company containing, among other provisions, a general release of claims in favor of the Company Group, confidentiality, return of property, non-disparagement, and reaffirmation of the Restrictive Covenants Agreement.
