Separation Agreement

Separation Agreement. Has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

Separation Agreement. The Separation and Distribution Agreement, dated as of September 29, 2014, by and among ADP and Dealer (as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated and/or modified from time to time).
