Separation Conditions. You have (i) returned all Company property in your possession promptly after your Separation Date and, in any event, no later than ten (10) days after your Separation Date; and, (ii) executed the Release, and not revoked it through any deadline applicable to such revocation, such that the Release is effective within sixty (60) days after your Separation Date (the "Release Deadline Date").
