Separation Date

Separation Date. The date on which Investor ceases to be employed by the Company and its Subsidiaries due to a Separation

Separation Date. The date on which the separation of the CarMax Companies from the Circuit City Companies occurs as described in the Company's Form S-4 Registration Statement (No. 333-85240) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Separation Date. 9:30 a.m., New York City time, on the earlier of (i) the Business Day immediately following the date that is 105 days after the Issue Date and (ii) the Exercise Activation Date

Separation Date. The date on which Executive ceases to be employed by the Company, VWR or any of their respective Subsidiaries for any reason.

Separation Date. The effective date of any Separation. A change in title or duties in which Executive remains employed by the Company shall not constitute a Separation.

Separation Date. In the event of Executive's termination of employment, the date of receipt of a notice of termination or such later date specified in the notice of termination. In no event shall the Separation Date occur until Executive experiences a "separation from service" within the meaning of Code Section 409A and the date on which such separation from service occurs.

Separation Date. Means the date on which the Participant's Separation from Service occurs.

Separation Date. The date that the termination or resignation of your employment becomes an effective Separation.
