Separation Payment

Separation Payment. (a) the amount of Cash Compensation that would have been paid to the Employee pursuant to Section 7(a)(i) of this Agreement as if he had experienced an Involuntary Termination on September 1, 2022, minus (b) the sum of the salary and any cash bonus paid to the Employee after August 31, 2022, including any amounts deferred by the Employee and excluding any bonus for services performed during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.
