Example Definitions of "Separation Period"
Separation Period. The period beginning on a Participant's Date of Termination and continuing for (i) three months, in the case of an Individual Contributor, Manager or Senior Manager; (ii) six months in the case of a Director or Senior Director; and (iii) 12 months in the case of a Vice President or Senior Vice President.
Separation Period. The period from Executive's Date of Resignation through March 15, 2010.
Separation Period. The period from the Date of Termination through the earlier of the first day of the month following the Executive's 65th birthday or the date three years after the Date of Termination.
