Sequel Joint Venture

Sequel Joint Venture. Sequel Joint Venture means, that certain drilling joint venture among the Borrower and/or one or more of the other Credit Parties and Sequel Energy Group, LLC and/or an affiliate thereof with respect to the development of certain Oil and Gas Properties located within Harrison, Guernsey, Belmont, Jefferson and Monroe Counties, Ohio.
