Series A Directors

Series A Directors. Means any director of the Company that the holders of record of the Series A Preferred Stock are entitled to elect pursuant to the Certificate of Incorporation.

Series A Directors. Means the directors of the Company that the holders of record of Series A Preferred Stock are entitled to elect exclusively and as a separate class pursuant to the Company's Certificate of Incorporation (as amended and/or restated from time to time).

Series A Directors. Those members of the Board of Directors who have been designated by the Series A Purchasers and elected to the Board of Directors from time to time in accordance with the provisions of the Fourth Amended and Restated Stockholders' Voting Agreement dated the date hereof by and among the Company, certain of the Purchasers and the Founders (as defined therein) (the "Voting Agreement")

Series A Directors. At a particular time, the Series A Director(s) (as defined in the Company's Certificate of Incorporation, as amended or restated from time to time) serving on the Board at such time

Series A Directors. And includes the Avalon Director (as defined below), the MPM Director (as defined below) and the Additional Series A Director (as defined below)

Series A Directors. Means the directors of the Company that have been solely designated by the holders of record of the Series A Preferred Stock pursuant to the Certificate of Incorporation, the Stockholders Agreement or otherwise.

Series A Directors. Means the directors designated in accordance with Sections 2.2(a)(i) and 2.2(a)(ii) of the Stockholders Agreement.

Series A Directors. Means each director of the Company that the holders of record of the Series A Preferred Stock are entitled, exclusively and as a separate class, to elect pursuant to the Restated Certificate.
