Series A Preferred Stock

Series A Preferred Stock. Means shares of the Company's Series A-1 Convertible Preferred Stock and Series A-2 Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $0.01 per share.

Series A Preferred Stock. The Series A Participating Preferred Stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company

Series A Preferred Stock. Means the Series A Preferred Stock of the Company, par value $0.001 per share.

Series A Preferred Stock. The Series A 4% Convertible Preferred Stock of Issuer, $0.0001 par value per share.

Series A Preferred Stock. Means the Series A Convertible Preferred Stock, $0.001 par value, of the Corporation, which is convertible into shares of Common Stock

Series A Preferred Stock. The 8% Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock, Series A of the Corporation

Series A Preferred Stock. The Company's shares of Series A Preferred Stock, par value $0.0001 per share, and any securities received upon conversion thereof or in exchange therefor. After (i) a Merger in which some or all of the consideration is cash, or (ii) an Asset Sale, each share of Series A Preferred Stock shall be deemed to reflect a proportionate share of the ongoing value of the business of the Company acquired in the Merger or Asset Sale

Series A Preferred Stock. Means the Series A Mandatorily Convertible Preferred Stock of the Company
