Example Definitions of "Series A Stock"
Series A Stock. The Series A Participating Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Company.
Series A Stock. Means shares of Series A Preferred Stock, $0.001 par value, of the Company as the same were outstanding prior to the IPO.
Series A Stock. Means the Series A Convertible Preferred Stock of the Company, without par value, issued or sold pursuant to the Recapitalization Agreement, or issued by way of stock dividend or stock split in respect thereof, together with any securities issued in substitution or exchange therefor.
