Series A1 Majority Holders
Series A1 Majority Holders. Shall mean the Holders of a majority of the aggregate principal amount at maturity of Series A-1 Securities and Series A-1 Exchange Notes, as the case may be, registered under a Series A-1 Registration Statement.
