Series A2 Allocated Redemption Amount

Series A2 Allocated Redemption Amount. Means the amount, if positive, that is derived when the Series A-1 Remaining Redemption Amount (as such term is defined in the Series A-1 Certificate of Designation) is subtracted from the Series A-1 Allocated Redemption Amount (as such term is defined in the Series A-1 Certificate of Designation), and means zero (0) in the event that such amount is zero (0) or negative.
