Series A2 Holders. Means (i) the Series A-2 Purchasers and (ii) any ------------------ Affiliate, officer or employee of an Affiliate or investment fund managed by an Affiliate of the Series A-2 Purchasers, or any successor thereof, to which the Series A-2 Purchasers may transfer record and/or beneficial ownership of the Series A-2 Shares or the Series A-2 Conversion Shares.
