Series A2 Majority Holders
Series A2 Majority Holders. Shall mean the Holders of a majority of the aggregate principal amount at maturity of Series A-2 Securities and Series A-2 Exchange Notes, as the case may be, registered under a Series A-2 Registration Statement.
