Series AA Liquidation Value
Series AA Liquidation Value. Means (a) the Stated Value of the Series AA Preferred (or share of Series AA Preferred, as to any given share) plus (b) all accrued but unpaid compounded dividends on the Series AA Preferred (or such share).
