Series Allocation Percentage

Series Allocation Percentage. Shall mean for each Series as of any date of determination, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of (i) the Adjusted Invested Amount for such Series to (ii) the sum of the Adjusted Invested Amounts for all outstanding Series of Certificates, in each case determined based on the type of allocation being made and the period during which such allocation is being made.
