Series B Director

Series B Director. Means any director of the Company that the holders of record of the Series B Preferred Stock are entitled to elect pursuant to the Company's Certificate of Incorporation.

Series B Director. The director on the Board whom the holders of Series B Preferred have a right to elect under the Company's Articles of Incorporation

Series B Director. Means any director of the Company that the holders of record of the Series B Preferred Stock are entitled to elect, exclusively and as a separate class, pursuant to the Certificate of Incorporation.

Series B Director. The meaning ascribed to such term in the Articles

Series B Director. Means any director of the Company that the holders of record of the Series B Preferred Stock, voting as a separate class, are entitled to elect pursuant to the Company's Fifth Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation, as amended and/or restated from time to time (the "Restated Certificate").

Series B Director. Means any director of the Company that the holders of Series B Preferred Stock are entitled to elect pursuant to Section 1.2(a), Section 1.2(b), Section 1.2(c) or Section 1.2(d) of the Voting Agreement.

Series B Director. Means any director of the Company that has been solely designated by the holders of record of the Series B Preferred Stock pursuant to the Restated Certificate or the Third Amended and Restated Voting Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between the Company, the Investors and certain other stockholders of the Company or otherwise.

Series B Director. Ascribed to such term in the Certificate

Series B Director. Shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Certificate.

Series B Director. Means any director designated pursuant to Subsection 1.2(c) of the Voting Agreement.
