Example Definitions of "Series B Liquidation Value"
Series B Liquidation Value. $15.00 (adjusted appropriately in the event the shares of Series B Preferred Stock are subdivided into a greater number, whether by stock split, stock dividend, reclassification or otherwise, or combined into a lesser number, whether by reverse stock split, reclassification or otherwise).
Series B Liquidation Value. Means Nine Dollars ($9.00), provided if the Corporation at any time subdivides (by any stock split, stock dividend, recapitalization or otherwise) the Series B Preferred into a greater number of shares or if the Corporation at any time combines (by reverse stock split or otherwise) the outstanding shares of the Series B Preferred into a smaller number of shares, then the Series B Liquidation Value in effect immediately prior to such subdivision or combination shall be proportionately adjusted.
