Those persons entitled to registration rights pursuant to that certain Registration Rights Agreement (the "Series B Registration Rights Agreement") dated as of August 8, 1994 and relating to registration rights granted by BioNumerik Delaware to purchasers of its Series B Convertible Preferred Stock.
