Series B Preferred Distribution Period

Series B Preferred Distribution Period. Means the period from, and including, a Series B Preferred Distribution Payment Date to, but excluding, the next succeeding Series B Preferred Distribution Payment Date, except for the initial Series B Preferred Distribution Period, which will be the period from, and including, the Original Issue Date of the Series B Preferred Units to, but excluding, April 15, 2019.
