Series BB Holder

Series BB Holder. A holder of Series BB Warrants or Series BB Preferred Stock (or shares of Common Stock issued upon conversion thereof).

Series BB Holder. Means a holder of warrants issued under the Stock Purchase Agreement, dated January 27, 2004 between the Company and certain Investors (as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof, the "Purchase Agreement") to purchase shares of the Company's Series BB Preferred Stock ("Series BB Warrants") or Series BB Preferred Stock (or shares of Common Stock issued upon conversion thereof).
