Series C Designation. Means that certain Certificate of Designation of Golden Matrix Group, Inc. Establishing the Designation, Preferences, Limitations and Relative Rights of its Series C Preferred Stock, as filed with the Secretary of State of Nevada on April 4, 2024, as may be amended from time to time.
