Series C Equipment Notes. Means the Series C(R) Equipment Notes issued pursuant to each Indenture by Sun Country and authenticated by the Loan Trustee thereunder, and any such Equipment Notes issued in exchange therefor or replacement thereof pursuant to the terms of such Indenture.
