Series C Stock

Series C Stock. Means the Series C Preferred Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company. Series F Stock" means the Series F Preferred Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

Series C Stock. Means the Series C 9% Convertible Preferred Stock.

Series C Stock. Means shares of Series C Preferred Stock, $0.001 par value, of the Company as the same were outstanding prior to the IPO.

Series C Stock. Either Series C Preferred Stock or Series C-1 Preferred Stock.

Series C Stock. Has the meaning ascribed thereto in the recitals above.

Series C Stock. Shall mean the Series C Convertible Preferred Stock -------------- of the Company, without par value, or any other capital stock of the Company into which such stock is reclassified or reconstituted.
