Series D Piggyback Rights
Series D Piggyback Rights. Means the rights of holders of the Common Stock acquired or hereafter acquirable upon conversion or exercise of the Company's Series D Preferred Stock and Series D-1, D-2 and D-3 Common Stock Purchase Warrants to include such Common Stock in a registration statement by the Company, as such rights are set forth in Section 7 (d) of the Series D Registration Rights Agreement.
