Series D Shares. Shares of Series D Preferred Stock, $.01 par value per share, having the rights, preferences, privileges, restrictions and other matters set forth in the Third Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Corporation.
Series D Shares. Shares of Series D Participating Preferred Stock, $.01 par value per share, Stock having the rights, preferences, privileges, restrictions and other matters set forth in the Third Second Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Corporation.
