Example Definitions of "Series D Significant Investor"
Series D Significant Investor. Means each Investor who holds at least 35,371 shares of Series D Preferred Stock (as presently constituted and subject to subsequent adjustments for stock splits, stock dividends, reverse stock splits and the like), as listed on Schedule 2 hereto, for so long as each such Investor continues to hold at least fifty percent (50.0%) of such shares of Series D Preferred Stock.
