Series E Warrants. The warrants to purchase Series E Preferred Stock (or Common Stock, if there has been a Conversion Event) issued to holders of the Company's Series C Preferred Stock, Series D Preferred Stock, Series E Preferred Stock, Series F Preferred Stock -3- and Series G Preferred Stock in accordance with paragraph 4(c)(7) of the Certificate, designated as Class A Warrants, Class B Warrants and Class C Warrants.
Series E Warrants. The term "Series E Warrants" shall mean warrants, expiring March 31, 2002, to be issued in the Offering, which will entitle the holder thereof to purchase shares of various Series E Preferred.
