Series F Certificate of Designation. Means the Certificate of Designation of Preferences, Rights and Limitations of Series F Convertible Preferred Stock of the Company, dated on or about the date of the Initial Closing, which Series F Certificate of Designation shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit C hereto.
