Series G Securities

Series G Securities. Shall mean (i) the Series G Convertible Preferred Stock of the Corporation (the "Series G Preferred Stock"), (ii) the shares of Common Stock or other capital stock of the Corporation issuable upon conversion of the Series G Preferred Stock and (iii) any shares of capital stock of the Corporation issued in respect of any of the foregoing.
