Series

Series. Means of a series of Fantex's securities linked in whole or in part to the value of the Brand Amount.

Series. Means the respective portfolios, if any, of Customer listed on Appendix I to this Agreement. If no portfolios are listed on Appendix I to this Agreement then a reference to a Series means Customer.

So long as this Agreement is in effect and not terminated, PROMOTER shall organize, promote and hold each Event, including the Competition, in accordance with this Agreement.
