SERP Plus. Means the Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan Plus, as amended from time to time., a supplemental benefit plan with respect to Pension Plan for Employees of OSG Ship Management, Inc. (which was terminated effective as of December 31, 2005).
