SERP

SERP. The PCS Supplemental Retirement Plan for U.S. Executives, as in effect as of the date hereof and as may thereafter be amended from time to time ("SERP")

SERP. The Monsanto Company ERISA Parity Pension Plan, the Monsanto Company Supplemental Retirement Plan, and any successors thereto, and any other top hat, excess or supplemental defined benefit retirement plans of the Company and the Affiliated Companies, in each case to the extent the Executive is entitled to participate therein immediately before the Date of Termination

SERP. The Company's Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan that was first established in 1995.

SERP. Means the Company's Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan or any other supplemental and/or excess retirement plan or agreement of the Company and its affiliated companies providing benefits for the Executive

SERP. Shall mean the Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan of Avon Products, Inc.

SERP. The BellSouth Corporation Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, as amended from time to time.

SERP. Shall mean the Weatherford International, Inc. Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan effective January 1, 2010, as it may be amended from time to time.

SERP. The Spartan Stores, Inc. Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, as amended from time to time

SERP. Means the Company's Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, as restated effective as of January 1, 2008
