SERP

SERP. The BellSouth Corporation Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, as amended from time to time.

SERP. The term "SERP" means Dura's Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan as in the effect on the date of this Agreement.

SERP. Shall mean the Special Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan adopted by the Company.

SERP. The supplemental executive retirement plan including a split dollar life insurance arrangement as currently established by the Company for Employee.

SERP. The Pension Service Supplement Plan for DQE, Inc. and Affiliates or other similar special pension benefit arrangements.

SERP. Means any excess or supplemental retirement plan maintained by the Company.

SERP. The PCS Supplemental Retirement Plan for U.S. Executives, as in effect as of the date hereof and as may thereafter be amended from time to time ("SERP")

SERP. The Monsanto Company ERISA Parity Pension Plan, the Monsanto Company Supplemental Retirement Plan, and any successors thereto, and any other top hat, excess or supplemental defined benefit retirement plans of the Company and the Affiliated Companies, in each case to the extent the Executive is entitled to participate therein immediately before the Date of Termination

SERP. The Company's Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan that was first established in 1995.

SERP. Means the Company's Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan or any other supplemental and/or excess retirement plan or agreement of the Company and its affiliated companies providing benefits for the Executive
