Served Affiliate

Served Affiliate. Means any Affiliate of the Company (including without limitation GMCR) or of GMCR for which, or with respect to which, the Executive has provided services or with respect to which the Executive has had access to Confidential Information which would be of assistance in competion with such Affiliate or in soliciting or diverting the customers or perspective customers of such Affiliate or in hiring or engaging any of the employees of or independent contractors providing services to such Affiliate.
