Server

Server. Means a shared computer in a network, which computer provides resources, services, or information to other computers is the network.

Server. Shall mean a logical server that may include one (1) or more physical servers.

Server. For purposes of this Agreement, a VAX mainframe computer.

Server. Computers or other data processing devices that host, store, or deliver content over the Internet or such other communications network or networks as are capable of interactive communications with the Web Site, Safeway Site and Overstock Site, utilizing such communications protocols and technology as exist now or may in the future become available.
