Service Appendix

Service Appendix. Shall mean each attached appendix which sets forth the Services to be performed and, if applicable, the Service Levels to be achieved with respect to a particular Service, as provided in Exhibits A-1 and A-2 attached hereto (collectively the "Service Appendices").
