Service Commencement Date

Service Commencement Date. Means the Participant's employment commencement date with AT&T or any AT&T affiliate, as such date may be adjusted from time-to-time in accordance with rules, policies and procedures generally applied by AT&T to adjust for breaks in service or other periods of time, as reflected in AT&T's or an AT&T affiliate's records, all as determined in the discretion of the SEVP-HR.
