Service Contracts

Service Contracts. All written agreements pursuant to which goods, services or supplies are furnished on a recurring basis for the operation of the Real Estate and are approved by Buyer during the Due Diligence Period (as hereinafter defined)

Service Contracts. Means any and all contract(s) for the provision of Services performed by Third Party providers, including the Existing Service Contracts.

Service Contracts. Including, without limitation, natural gas purchase contracts, communication and other equipment leases (the "Equipment Leases"), coin-operated laundry concession leases, and pending purchase orders, all of which are listed on Exhibit D but specifically excluding any property management or leasing agreements.

Service Contracts. Means, except for those contracts entered into by Purchaser, (i) all leasing and brokerage agreements, (ii) all elevator maintenance agreements, (iii) all cleaning and char agreements, (iv) all maintenance agreements, and (v) any other agreements or arrangements relating to each Property entered into by Seller or Seller's agents with a completion value of more than $500.

Service Contracts. Means all service and equipment leasing contracts with respect to or affecting the Property listed and described in Exhibit L.

Service Contracts. Any management, service or maintenance contracts or other agreements of similar nature, excluding Union Agreements

Service Contracts. With respect to each Property, service contracts applicable thereto and entered into in accordance with the Initial Purchase Agreement, the Partnership Agreement and the Existing Management Agreements

Service Contracts. All written or oral agreements (including purchase orders) accepted by Purchaser and pursuant to which goods, services, supplies or other items are furnished on a continuing basis for the operation of the Seller Parcels. A list of such existing Service Contracts as of the date hereof is attached hereto as Exhibit 4.
