Service Entity. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Service Entity" means the Company and any other corporation, company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that Indemnitee is or was serving at the express written request of the Company as a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary. 4
