Service Equipment

Service Equipment. The hardware, software, equipment, systems, cabling, and facilities provided by a UUNET Provisioning Entity to Customer for use in connection with a Service, all rights to which shall remain with UUNET. Service Equipment shall not include the Network or any item that is the subject of a separate contract between a UUNET Provisioning Entity and Customer.
