Service Fee

Service Fee. Except as identified on the attached Exhibit A, the Total Service Cost multiplied by the Headcount Ratio, payable by the Service Recipient to Service Provider for the provision of the Services.

Service Fee. Quarterly Service Fee is payable upon execution of this Agreement and every 90 days thereafter. For the first quarter, the Service Fee will be $15,000, after which it will be reduced to $9,000.00 for every quarter thereafter. The Service Fee shall be offset by the Seller's Quarterly Income based on the conditions set forth herein.

Service Fee. That portion of dues that is equal to each employee's proportional share of the actual cost of representation which includes the cost of negotiating and administering this agreement and an initial processing fee.

Service Fee. Refers to the fees payable by Party A to Party B under Article 6.1 of this Agreement for the technology development and technology utilization services provided by Party B to Party A under Clause 3 of this Agreement.

Service Fee. Has the meaning set forth in Article 3.1

Service Fee. Means the services fee applicable to a category of Services (exclusive of any FTE Fees for such category of Services), which fee includes the cost of certain hardware, software, systems and services used to perform such Services. The Service Fee for each category of Services is set forth on Exhibit A.

Service Fee. With respect to each Service set forth in the Transition Services Schedule, the agreed monthly service fee set forth opposite such Service in the Transition Services Schedule (as it may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and if so amended, restated modified or supplemented, as may be calculated and adjusted in accordance with the principles set forth on Schedule 2 )
