Service Level Credits
Service Level Credits. Means the agreed-upon credits set forth in Exhibit B to be issued by UPSTREAM to ORBITZ in the event that the Service Levels are not met. The parties agree that the Service Level Credits are liquidated damages, not a penalty, and shall be in addition to any other remedies available to ORBITZ at law, in equity or under this Agreement.
