Service Period

Service Period. The period from the effective date of the relevant Supplement to the date of termination hereof communicated by at least thirty (30) days' written notice from one party hereto to the other, inclusive

Service Period. A calendar year, or any other period designated by the Board of Directors, in respect of which a Nonemployee Director is to receive a Retainer and/or Fees.
