Service Relationship. Any relationship as an employee, part-time employee, director or consultant of the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company such that, for example, a Service Relationship shall be deemed to continue without interruption in the event the Optionee's status changes from full-time employee to part-time employee or consultant
Service Relationship. Any relationship as an employee, part-time employee, director or consultant other key person (including consultants) of the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company or any successor entity such that, for example, a Service Relationship shall be deemed to continue without interruption in the event the Optionee's status changes from full-time employee to part-time employee or consultant consultant.

Service Relationship. Or "having a service relationship with the Corporation" means being engaged by the Corporation in any capacity for which Grantee receives compensation from the Corporation, including but not limited to acting for compensation as an employee, consultant, independent contractor, officer, director or advisory director.
