Example Definitions of "Service Term"
Service Term. In relation to a particular Service the term set forth in the relevant Service Order, such term to commence upon the Service Effective Date.
Service Term. Service Term means, as of a particular date, the period of time that the Employee has been continuously employed by the Company as an employee in any capacity.
Service Term. Means the period of time specified on the applicable Order Form when the applicable Cox Service or Subscription is in effect.
Service Term. Means, with respect to any Service, the period commencing on the Effective Date, and ending on the Service Termination Date or such earlier date as may be mutually agreed by the Parties in writing pursuant to Section 4.1.
